There’s the con, if Habanos doesn’t like the interior, the business owner will have to change it. There are limitations to the assortment, only Cuban cigars distributed by Habanos are allowed to be sold. Every La Casa del Habano has to have a walk-in humidor and a lounge is also a must-have.
There are plenty of pros though too. La Casa del Habano is a quality stamp. If you buy cigars at a La Casa del Habano, you know you get genuine Cuban cigars. And that’s a guarantee many smokers need, as Cuban cigars are the most counterfeited cigars in the world. Other pros are exclusive releases for the La Casa del Habano franchises. The shops are also the first ones to be supplied with new stock. Often La Casa del Habano shops get to sell new releases or limited editions a few weeks before the cigars are released to Habanos Specialists and other cigar retailers. And even when local distributors limit the Habanos portfolio, La Casa del Habano shops have the right to order anything from the Habanos portfolio.

Some lists on the web still mention a La Casa del Habano in Seoul, South Korea. But that location had to close due to new anti-smoke regulations. Indoor smoking is no longer allowed in South Korea.
