AJ Fernandez teases with Dias de Gloria on his facebook page. But it’s not something completely new. Three years ago, in 2016, A.J. Fernandez Cigars already announced the brand. But that was to get the brand registered before the FDA deadline.

That announcement was a soft release. All cigar companies were rushing out small batch releases prior to the August 8, 2016 deadline set by the FDA. Products released after that date are subject to pre-approval. So many companies released a few boxes of cigars, often sold to just one or a few retailers so that they could release the cigars on a full scale in the years to come.



Not much is known about the blend. Or the sizes. Back in 2016, four sizes were released. Those were a short Churchill, a Robusto, a box pressed Toro, and a Gordo. If these are the exact same sizes that Fernandez will release now has not yet been confirmed. The manufacturer suggested retail price is also a mystery at the moment. All that Abdel Fernandez said was “soon for my people”. For now, AJ Fernandez teases with Dias de Gloria.
