Davidoff launches ‘Taste the elements’
Davidoff launches ‘Taste the elements’. According to a press release from Oettinger Davidoff it’s created for those in the need to explore new taste sensations. Cigar lovers are invited to taste for themselves what nature does. And how climate, soil, and different tobacco plants influence the taste of the cigar.

Taste the elements
For the ‘Taste the elements’, Davidoff combines the Davidoff Nicaragua, Davidoff Escuro and the Davidoff Yamasa. And those are not completely new taste sensations, as these are all regular production cigars released years ago. The rains of Brazil’s Bahia region induce the salty, sweet and spicy taste of Davidoff Escurio. The volcanic soils of Nicaragua nurture the fiery bittersweet intensity in Davidoff Nicaragua. All the while, the iron-rich red soils of the Dominican Yamasá valley grow the earthy deep complexity of the Davidoff Yamasá blend.

“How our master agronomists have been developing seeds and taming the soils in these regions for over 20 years and how our Davidoff master blenders have then aged and skillfully blended these tobaccos into today’s masterpieces are humbling examples of our dedication, expertise, and craftsmanship at Davidoff. With ‘Taste the Elements’, we look forward to introducing how we walk and work together with nature and its elements in creating these beautiful and unique cigar experiences,” says Edward Simon, Chief Marketing Officer of Oettinger Davidoff AG.
The ‘Taste the elements’ series from Oettinger Davidoff is being supported with a series of accessories. From lighters to punches. And from leather cigar cases to cool travel packs. But the cream of the crop? Davidoff and the French artist Rose Saneuil created 20 masterpiece humidors. Those humidors will be presented with exclusive cigars.
