Mombacho Brings in a Director of Global Sales
Two days ago, the boutique brand from Granada, Nicaragua announced a new president. And today Mombacho introduces a new director of Global Sales. Jared Ingrisano brings several years of experience in the cigar industry into Mombacho.
Previous experience
Ingrisano previously spent time at Drew Estate as a territory manager. He also was head of operations for Debonaire House, a strategic partner for Drew Estate before leaving the latter. He continued to be the operation manager for Debonaire when the partnership with Drew Estate ended. And Ingrisano owns Tobacco Tours, a travel agency with a specialization in tobacco tours in Cuba. All that experience is coming to Mombacho now.
Cam Heaps, President of Mombacho Cigars, comments: “We are honored to have Jared joining the Mombacho Family. The combination of Jared’s extensive experience and passion for nurturing memorable relationships makes him an ideal person to lead the company’s global sales initiatives. The exceptional quality of his character will be a great addition to the growing management team.”
Jared adds, “I am blessed to be offered this role and am looking forward to being a part of the Mombacho Family. It has been a joy relocating to Granada, Nicaragua, and immersing myself in the culture of Mombacho; Granada is one of those special types of places and Mombacho truly represents her as ‘Nicaragua’s Best Kept Secret’. I believe the brand is uniquely positioned to deliver Nicaragua’s most memorable cigar experience.”
About Mombacho
Mombacho Cigars was founded in 2006 in Granada, Nicaragua by Cam Heaps and Markus Raty. It is Granada’s only cigar factory and is nestled under the watchful eye of Volcan Mombacho. The factory is located in a 100-year-old Neo-Classical Mansion and is Nicaragua’s most visited cigar factory. The mansion has a cigar named after it, Casa Favilli. The Mombacho family celebrates the beauty of Nicaragua, it’s people, culture, and tobacco by producing the full Nicaraguan experience.
