Habanos adds a new Director

Habanos adds a new Director of Control and Sales Administration. Effective immediately, Mr. Benny de Torner Rodríguez is the replacement of Mr. Alberto Donar. Alberto Donar led the Sales Management and Control Directorate successfully for more than two years. He will be the new Commercial Director of the exclusive Habanos distributor in Switzerland, Intertabak.

The appointment of Mr. Benny de Torner Rodríguez as the new Director of Control and Sales Administration of Habanos, S.A took place under resolution 74/2021 of the Cuban Ministry of Agriculture. De Torner Rodriguez has more than 10 years of experience in the tobacco industry. Previously he was active in several roles, including Vice President of Logistics at Habanos, S.A. Before occupying the position of Director of Sales Control and Administration, belonging to the Commercial Vice Presidency, he served as Administrative Director of the company Habanos, S.A.
