Caldwell comes with Super Lancero

Caldwell comes with Super Lancero for the Eastern Standard Sungrown line. But only as a limited edition. The Super Lancero is a slightly longer and slightly thicker vitola than a classic lancero. But Caldwell Cigar Company doesn’t call it the Super Lancero. The official name is Magic and it’s part of the Eastern Standard Sungrown line.

Eastern Standard Sungrown

The cigar is a limited edition with a total production of 20.000 cigars. 1000 boxes of 20 cigars, all with a unique number and all with autographs. It is not the first time that Caldwell Cigar Company offers the Magic Super Lancero. Initially, the cigars were temporarily available when the Eastern Standard Sungrown line was introduced. People kept asking for the cigar, so Caldwell thinks it’s time to release the size as a limited edition.

The blend consists of a Mexican Habano hybrid wrapper and an Ecuadorian binder. The fillers come from Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The production takes place at Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic. There are four regular production sizes. A 5×50 Robusto, 6¼x54 Toro Extra, 5½x56 Robusto Extra, and a 6×60 Magnum.

Eastern Standard line

The Eastern Standard line consists of three different blends. The original Eastern Standard comes with a hybrid Connecticut Shade vs Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper. The binder is Dominican and the filler is Dominican and Nicaraguan. The second Eastern Standard blend is the Eastern Standard Maduro, which is also known as Midnight Express. The wrapper is a lower priming Connecticut Arapiraca Maduro. The binder is Dominican Habano. The filler consists of two different Dominican tobaccos and Nicaraguan Habano. The third release is the Eastern Standard Sungrown.
