Alec Bradley shipping St Patrick’s day cigars. The annual cigars celebrating Saint Patrick’s day are on their way to American retailers and international distributors as we speak. The Black Market Filthy Hooligan and its younger sibling Filthy Hooligan Shamrock are coming soon. Right in time for Saint Patrick’s Day on Wednesday, March 17.

Annual Limited Edition

For the 8th year in a row, Alec Bradley is releasing the Black Market Filthy Hooligan. As green is the official color of the Irish, and Saint Patrick’s day, the cigar comes with a Candela wrapper. The first two editions were all green. The following releases are all barber poles with Candela and Nicaraguan wrappers from Jalapa.

For the third year, Alec Bradley is releasing the Black Market Filthy Hooligan Shamrock. That is a cigar with the same candela wrapper but now with a Nicaraguan Habano Maduro and Habano Natural to create a three-tone exterior. Both lines are tweaks of the very popular Alec Bradley Black Market line. 

Both cigars are a 6×50 Toro. The Filthy Hooligan comes in boxes of 22. These are the same, old chest style, boxes of the Black Market but green and black instead of gray. The Filthy Hooligan Shamrock comes in boxes of 10 cigars in gray boxes with a large shamrock on the lid.

The cigars hail from Tabacalera Raices Cubanas in Danli, Honduras. Only 2000 boxes of the Black Market Filthy Hooligans are made. The production of the Filthy Hooligan Shamrock is even lower, with only 1500 boxes available. Both cigars were sold out immediately on a wholesale level.
