Diesel Adds More Gravy
The fourth edition of the Diesel Sunday Gravy Series will land in cigar shops starting April first. The release got the name Gabagool and will come in a 5¼x45 petit corona size. The blend exists of an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí. The Diesel Sunday Gravy series is a collection of cigars, all limited runs, that sell for $5 per cigar or less. Just as all other Diesel lines, the cigars are made at Tabacalera A.J. Fernandez for STG/General Cigars. Forged Cigar Co, a daughter of General Cigars, handles the distribution.

“When AJ and I blended Gabagool, we wanted to change things up a bit,” says Justin Andrews, business development manager for STG’s North American Branded and Rest of World divisions. “We intentionally stayed away from power on this cigar and instead delivered on the palate. This blend is an experience. There’s a lot of complexity with Gabagool…you get many different notes when you smoke this blend. We’re really happy with the way this cigar smokes, and expect it to sell out fast.”
Diesel is distributed by Forged Cigar Co. The Sunday Gravy Series is a collection of various blends—all made by AJ Fernandez—that are priced at $5 per cigar or less and sold for a limited amount of time.
