Big Sky Cigars is Planning to Release Two New Lines
Big Sky Cigars is planning to release two new lines, both regular production, at this year’s PCA Convention & Trade Show. Big Sky is a relative new player on the market, founded only in 2019. The new cigars are called Cryptid and El Professor.
For Cryptid, Big Sky Cigars went with a Mexican San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos in a 5×60 gordo size and packaging of 10 cigars in a box. A Cryptid is defined as “an animal that has been claimed to exist but never proven to exist”. With Big Sky and its history, the name refers the Flathead Lake Monster, a creature that has had reported sightings in the Montana lake dating back to 1889. It’s the Monster of Loch Ness for Montana.
The El Professor is a Nicaraguan puro. The wrapper is Habano and the El Professor will only come in a 4¾x44 Short Corona vitola. Because the cigars are so small, boxes will contain 30 cigars. Both new cigars are made at Tacasa S.A. in Esteli, Nicaragua.
