Habanos Due to Reveal New Quai d’Orsay Cigar
Next week, on October 20th, Habanos will reveal a new Quai d’Orsay cigar during an event at the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris, France. Which is a suitable location, as the brand is named after a famous street in Paris and was founded to please the palate of the French cigar afficionados. But this new Quai d’Orsay, named Quai d’Orsay No. 52 will be a global release, not just for the French.
The cigar is a regular production cigar and measures 6 1/8 x52. It falls right between the other two modern Quai d’Orsay releases, the No. 50 and No. 54. From the original old release only the Corona Claro is still in production, although the Imperiales is making a comeback for the duty-free and travel retail markets.
There’s no official word as to exactly when either cigar will start appearing in their respective markets, nor have prices been announced.
