The Royal Cigar Company Introduces La Aroma del Caribe Pasión to Switzerland’s Cigar Enthusiasts
The Royal Cigar Company, Switzerland’s biggest distributor for non-Cuban cigars, is releasing the La Aroma del Caribe Pasion. It is the first time that these cigars will be available in Switzerland. The Robusto, Encanto (Gordo) and Churchill will be available with prices ranging from 12 CHF to 15.50 CHF.
La Aroma del Caribe Pasión is made from the finest premium tobaccos by Jose ‘Pepin’ Garcia and Jaime Garcia. The premium tobaccos used for this come from the family’s treasured estates which are cultivated in the best growing regions of Nicaragua: Estelí, Jalapa and Namanji.
La Aroma del Caribe Pasión is wrapped in a stunning and lustrous Shade Grown wrapper from the fields of Namanji. The tobacco plants thrive there in the unique microclimate, 18 miles east of Estelí, where the Garcia’s recognized the region’s untapped potential more than a decade ago. Warm days, cool nights and fertile black soil produce tobaccos of exceptional taste, quality and aroma. Today, over a third of the 300 acre private property is grown Shade Grown Wrapper.
Each wrapper, binder and filler tobacco that is harvested for the Pasión undergoes a careful triple fermentation respecting traditional methods. This blend offers aromas of smoked cashew, leather, molasses and cedar wood which envelops the palate with an extravagant spice and a medium-bodied to full-bodied finish.
