Dapper Cigar Co. Launches Genesis: Limited Edition Figurado Celebrating Faith and Fellowship

Dapper Cigar Co. has released its first limited edition and its first figurado vitola. The Genesis is a 6 1/2 x 28 x 52 box-pressed figurado with a Mexican San Andrés wrapper a binder and fillers Nicaragua. It is produced at Nicaragua American Cigars S.A. located in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Genesis is a collaboration with HolySmoke, a Bible study group founded in 2018 that “celebrates the intersection of faith and cigars” by providing “a comfortable environment where individuals can enjoy a cigar and get to know God better through fellowship and discussions about the Bible.”

“When the HolySmoke group reached out to me nearly three years ago to make them a cigar…I was admittingly a little hesitant,” said Ian Reith, founder of Dapper Cigar Co., in a press release. “Their cause and their commitment to not cutting any corners in any aspect of the production made the project impossible for me to turn down.”

The release is limited to 10,000 cigars, in boxes of 12, a number chosen to symbolize the 12 disciples who followed Jesus in the Bible.
