Casa 1910 has recently revealed its strategic partnership with Lieb Tobacco for distribution in Mexico, marking a significant milestone for the homegrown brand. With the primary objective of expanding its geographic reach and enhancing accessibility, Casa 1910 aims to leverage Lieb Tobacco’s extensive distribution network in its native country.

Founded in 1991, Lieb Tobacco has established itself as a prominent player in the Mexican tobacco industry, specializing in the importation and distribution of premium cigars. The company’s portfolio already boasts renowned brands such as Davidoff, Plascencia, Padrón, Joya de Nicaragua, My Father, La Aurora, Drew Estate, and Maya Selva. By joining forces with Lieb Tobacco, Casa 1910 anticipates not only a broader market presence but also increased visibility among top tobacconists and restaurants.

Serge Bolling, co-founder of Casa 1910, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration in a press release, highlighting Lieb Tobacco’s impressive legacy in the Mexican tobacco sector. He commended the company’s evolution from a dedicated importer to a diversified business, including ventures into production. Bolling emphasized the shared values of craftsmanship and quality, stating that the partnership would enable Casa 1910 to expand from servicing 50 points of sale (POS) to over 500 across Mexico. The strategic focus will extend to key tourist destinations along the Pacific coast and the Mayan Riviera.
