Drew Estate’s Chateau Real Gets Habano Version for Cigars International Exclusive
Drew Estate has introduced a new version of its Chateau Real line, crafted exclusively for Cigars International.
The Chateau Real Habano blend features a Habano seed wrapper of undisclosed origin, an Indonesian binder, and fillers from the United States and Nicaragua. The wrapper adds an earthy and robust flavour, balanced by the sweet undertones of the binder.
Produced at La Gran Fábrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua, the cigars are available in three sizes:
• Chateau Real Habano Churchill (7 x 50): $7 (Box of 20, $139.95)
• Chateau Real Habano Toro (6 x 50): $6.75 (Box of 20, $134.95)
• Chateau Real Habano Robusto (5 x 50): $6.50 (Box of 20, $129.95)
The original Chateau Real line was launched in 2006 as one of Drew Estate’s first non-infused cigars. After being discontinued, it made a comeback in November 2023 as an exclusive for online retailers, featuring a Connecticut shade wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It is available in the same three sizes as the Chateau Real Habano. A maduro version was also previously available but has not yet been reintroduced.
The Chateau Real Habano is now exclusively available through Cigars International, both online and in the Cigars International megastores. Since Cigars International doesn’t sell internationally, this is a release exclusive to the American market.
