Underrated By Luciano Cigars Introduces a New Size
Luciano Meirelles of Luciano Cigars has expanded his Underrated brand with its largest size yet: the Summer Breeze. This new grande size cigar was created in partnership with five-time NBA champion Ron Harper and first introduced at the PCA trade show earlier this year. The thick new size is expected to start shipping to retailers by the second week of August.
Measuring 6 inches long with a 60-ring gauge, the Summer Breeze cigar stands out for its substantial size. The name “Summer Breeze” was inspired by an experience Harper and Meirelles had while testing samples of the new cigar during a golf game. As they reached the 10th hole, a refreshing breeze rolled in, perfectly encapsulating the enjoyment and leisure associated with the new cigar.
The Summer Breeze is produced at the Luciano Tabacos S.A. factory in Nicaragua. It features a rich Mexican San Andrés wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and a mix of Ecuador Habano and Connecticut Broadleaf fillers. Additionally, the filler blend includes Nicaraguan medio tiempo from Pueblo Nuevo, known for its potent and flavourful leaves that occasionally grow at the top of a tobacco plant.
Packaged in 20-count boxes, the Summer Breeze cigar is priced at a suggested retail price of $9.99 per cigar. This new addition brings the total number of sizes in the Underrated line to six, offering cigar enthusiasts a variety of options to suit their preferences.
