PCA and Laws Whiskey House Collaborate on Limited Edition Madeira Cask Bourbon to Support Industry Defense Fund
The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) has partnered with Laws Whiskey House to launch the exclusive PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon, a limited-edition release that marks the start of an annual barrel pick series. This unique bourbon is available to those who contribute a recommended $200 to the PCA’s Industry Defense Fund on a first-come, first-served basis.
Joshua Habursky, Executive Director of the PCA, expressed excitement about the collaboration:
“We are thrilled to work with Laws on this project and plan to make it an annual event. It’s a fantastic way to support the association without relying on direct donations. This partnership is part of our broader strategy to collaborate with industries like spirits, with future plans for limited releases and possibly a spirits pavilion at the PCA trade show. Cigar bars are an expanding segment of our membership, and we aim to strengthen these relationships going forward.”

The PCA Industry Defense Fund was established to safeguard and promote the premium tobacco industry, particularly brick-and-mortar retailers, from the growing threat of increased taxes, smoking bans, and restrictive policies. The first 50 contributors who donate $200 to the fund will receive one of the limited-edition bottles of PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon. All contributions directly benefit the premium tobacco industry.
