H. Upmann Magnum Finite to Debut at Exclusive Las Ventas Event in Madrid
While bullfighting may be scarce at Madrid’s famed Las Ventas arena this Saturday night, cigars will be in abundance. Tabacalera S.L.U., the official Cuban cigar distributor for Spain, is hosting a grand premiere for the H. Upmann Magnum Finite, the first Edición Limitada from Cuba for 2024. The event promises to be a memorable night, with cocktails served in the stands and dinner taking place right in the bullring of Plaza de Toros Las Ventas, one of the world’s largest bullfighting arenas.
The H. Upmann Magnum Finite was first announced earlier this year during the Habanos Festival. This unique cigar measures 5 1/8 inches by 53 ring gauge and is presented in stylish 25-count boxes. For the first time, H. Upmann cigars will be packaged in two-toned boxes with striking red trim, adding an extra layer of elegance to this highly anticipated release.
The H. Upmann Magnum Finite is part of Habanos S.A.’s expanding Magnum series, which began with the Magnum 46 and has since grown to include regular-production vitolas like the Magnum 50 and Magnum 54. The line also features limited-edition releases such as the Magnum 48, Magnum 56, and even a Super Magnum, which debuted in 2020 as part of the Collección Habanos series. More recently, the Magnum 52 was released for the Year of the Tiger zodiac series.
Spain has a long-standing tradition of being the first country outside of Cuba to host the debut of exclusive Cuban cigars. Previous launches, such as the Cohiba Novedosos, Montecristo Wide Edmundo, and the Partagás Legado Edición Limitada 2020, were also unveiled in grand fashion at events in Madrid.
Although the Magnum Finite is making its grand entrance at this lavish party, Tabacalera has yet to confirm an official commercial release date or retail price, so it may be a while before cigar enthusiasts can get their hands on this latest addition to the H. Upmann Magnum series.
