Kristoff Unveils New Packaging for Pistoff Kristoff and San Andrés Cigars
Kristoff Cigars continues its brand-wide redesign with updated packaging for two of its popular lines: Pistoff Kristoff and Kristoff San Andrés. These new looks are part of a sweeping rebrand that began earlier this year at the 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show, where Kristoff showcased a refreshed presentation for its Vengeance line. The brand’s signature rustic aesthetic—rough-cut boxes and loose tobacco surrounding the cigars—has been replaced by sleeker, more contemporary packaging. The new designs feature refined box styles, elegant cigar bands, and luxurious gold foil details, lending a modern, sophisticated edge to Kristoff’s offerings.
Following the success of the Vengeance redesign, Kristoff is extending this updated look across its entire portfolio, with Pistoff Kristoff and Kristoff San Andrés now hitting store shelves in their revamped packaging. These enhancements make the cigars more eye-catching and align the brand with a more polished, upscale image.
The rebranding journey for Kristoff doesn’t stop here. The next lines expected to adopt the new design are Kristoff Cameroon and Kristoff Corojo Limitada. These will gradually appear as stores deplete their current stock, although no specific release dates have been confirmed.
Founder and owner Glen Case shared that the redesign of four more Kristoff lines—Original Criollo, Original Maduro, GC Signature, and Sumatra—is currently in progress. Materials for these are being printed, and Case estimates they’ll be ready for retailers within the next 8–10 weeks.
Kristoff aims to complete this comprehensive packaging overhaul by April 2025, in time for the next PCA Convention & Trade Show. With this new look, Kristoff is stepping confidently into the future, maintaining the quality of its cigars while embracing a refined visual identity.
