Retired NBA star Carmelo Anthony is making his mark in the cigar industry with VERSA, a new release in collaboration with Kingmakers Cigars. This premium offering reflects Anthony’s passion for storytelling and dedication to craftsmanship, set to debut in March 2025.
A Premium Cigar with a Personal Touch
Kingmakers Cigars, known for its collaborations with WNBA star Kelsey Plum and the band Midland, has partnered with Anthony for the launch of VERSA. The cigar will be available in a single 6 1/2 x 54 gran toro vitola, featuring a Habano 2000 wrapper, a Sumatra binder, and fillers from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania. While Kingmakers has confirmed that its cigars are produced in Nicaragua, the specific factory remains undisclosed.
Quality and Availability
Each VERSA cigar carries an MSRP of $22.50 and will be available for purchase directly from Kingmakers as well as select retailers. Cigar enthusiasts can expect the first shipments to go out in late March.
