Viso Horny 555 Set to Debut at PCA 2025
Tyler Jeffery is expanding the Viso Horny lineup with the introduction of The 555, a new release debuting at the 2025 PCA Show in New Orleans. This latest cigar reflects an evolution in both accessibility and tobacco selection, marking a significant step forward for the brand.
Unlike the direct-to-consumer model of Viso Horny’s debut cigar, The 555 will be available through cigar retailers nationwide. “This cigar was crafted to be enjoyed by as many enthusiasts as possible, and partnering with top retailers across the country was the next logical step in sharing our passion,” said Jeffery.
The 555 is produced at Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua, a factory known for its exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to quality. This blend was developed in collaboration with Alex Nowogrodzka, with Jeffery personally sourcing a key filler leaf that defines the cigar’s final profile. “Being involved from the very beginning—personally selecting the tobacco that became part of this blend—makes The 555 deeply personal for me,” Jeffery shared. “We utilised only viso primings to achieve an ideal balance, ensuring a smooth draw, exceptional burn, and rich complexity.”
Jeffery also spoke highly of working with Nowogrodzka, stating, “Alex’s passion for tobacco is contagious, and his knowledge is remarkable—especially for someone of his age. Collaborating in the bodega and factory was an incredibly rewarding experience.”
