Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust to Debut Sin Compromiso Word of Saka at PCA 2025
Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust is set to unveil a new addition to its acclaimed Sin Compromiso line at the 2025 PCA Convention & Trade Show in New Orleans. The latest release, Sin Compromiso Word of Saka, will be limited to just 5,000 cigars in 2025, with the potential for more in 2026 “as leaf allows,” according to company founder Steve Saka.
What We Know So Far
While full details about the size, blend, and pricing of Word of Saka have yet to be announced, it is expected to follow the Sin Compromiso tradition—meaning production at Fábrica de Tabacos Joya de Nicaragua S.A. and packaging in boxes of 13.
In a Facebook comment, Saka confirmed that the cigar will be showcased at PCA 2025, held from April 12–14, but made it clear that no samples will be shared at the event. The decision adds an air of exclusivity and anticipation surrounding this limited-edition release.
A Legacy Without Compromise
Launched in 2018, the Sin Compromiso line—Spanish for without compromise—reflects Saka’s commitment to crafting a cigar without constraints on materials, time, or cost. Over the years, the line has expanded to nearly ten vitolas, each maintaining the brand’s reputation for premium craftsmanship and exceptional quality.
With its limited production and Saka’s renowned blending expertise, the Sin Compromiso Word of Saka is poised to be one of the most intriguing releases at PCA 2025. Cigar enthusiasts will have to wait for further details, but anticipation is already building for what promises to be another standout addition to the Dunbarton portfolio.
