Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced two standout releases for 2025, each offering a bold new chapter in the company’s ever-evolving legacy. The highly anticipated Warhead: Independence Day and Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2025 are poised to capture the attention of cigar aficionados everywhere.
is a special promotional release crafted to reward Espinosa’s most loyal supporters. While it proudly carries the Warhead name, this new cigar is a completely original blend, marking a departure from previous iterations. It features a dark Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper encasing a powerful core of Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Box-pressed in a 6½ x 55 Toro vitola, this limited release is priced at $180 per 10-count box, with only 2,500 boxes available. Blended by the Espinosa team and rolled at the San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, this project reflects both gratitude and ambition. “It’s a cigar that rewards loyalty and sparks curiosity,” said company president Erik Espinosa.
Meanwhile, the Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2025 represents the fourth release in the celebrated Chef Special series. This year’s version is wrapped in a rich Brazilian Mata Fina leaf, housing Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Limited to just 2,000 boxes, this cigar offers a more robust flavour profile compared to earlier releases. “We’re turning up the flavour,” noted Master Blender Hector Alfonso Sr., “and this year’s blend has a richness we know our fans will love.” Priced at $16.00 per stick, or $160.00 per 10-count box, the Chef Special 2025 continues to showcase the brand’s dedication to complexity and character.
Both cigars were expertly crafted at the San Lotano Factory in Nicaragua and reflect Espinosa’s commitment to innovation, quality, and celebrating cigar culture in bold new ways.
