Partagas Y Nada Más Santiago: A New Chapter in a Legendary Brand’s Story
Partagas has unveiled its latest regular production line, Partagas Y Nada Más Santiago, which has officially begun arriving in cigar shops. Marking a departure from the brand’s traditional manufacturing location, this new release is made at Tabacalera William Ventura in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic—rather than the typical General Cigar Dominicana factory.
The Y Nada Más Santiago line blends classic quality with a fresh profile aimed at today’s cigar smokers. It features a Habano 2000 wrapper, Sumatra binder, and a diverse mix of Broadleaf, Corojo, and Piloto fillers.
The launch includes three box-pressed vitolas:
• Robusto (5 x 50) – MSRP $7.99 (Box of 20: $159.80)
• Toro (6 x 52) – MSRP $8.99 (Box of 20: $179.80)
• Gordo (6 x 60) – MSRP $9.99 (Box of 20: $199.80)
“This is the best of both worlds,” said John Hakim, brand manager for Partagas. “It’s that timeless quality you expect in a Partagas cigar with a blend that appeals to the modern cigar smoker. This is a cigar that will remind true cigar lovers that there is Partagas, and nothing else.”
The name “Y Nada Más,” which translates from Spanish as “and nothing more,” hints at a broader concept. Hakim revealed that this release could be the first in a series, with future cigars under the Y Nada Más banner potentially drawing inspiration from other regions or countries.
With its compelling price point and flavour-forward blend, Partagas Y Nada Más Santiago positions itself as a bold step forward for the historic brand—one that honours tradition while embracing innovation.
