Altadis U.S.A. and Tommy Bahama are teaming up for a unique new cigar line: Trinidad by Tommy Bahama – Island Collection. Launching in late summer, the collection blends refined craftsmanship with laid-back island flair.

Set for release in September, this collaboration brings together the premium tradition of Trinidad cigars with the relaxed, resort-ready spirit of Tommy Bahama.
Altadis U.S.A. developed this line in partnership with Tommy Bahama, the lifestyle brand known for vibrant, island-inspired clothing and accessories. The result is a collection designed for the casual yet discerning cigar enthusiast—someone who values flavour and finesse, but prefers a hammock to a humidor lounge.
According to Altadis, the line “blends the rich Caribbean heritage of Trinidad cigars with the laid-back luxury of Tommy Bahama,” creating a new benchmark in relaxed elegance.
The cigars were developed by Rafael Nodal, Tabacalera USA’s vice president of product capability, alongside acclaimed blender A.J. Fernandez. Like the Trinidad Espíritu line, production takes place in Nicaragua, but this new blend uses only Nicaraguan tobacco—all grown on Fernandez’s farms.
Three vitolas will be available:
Harbor: 5 x 52 ($16.50)
Breeze: 6 x 54 ($17.50)
Marlin: 6 x 60 ($18.50)
All come in 20-count boxes, with a Harbour four-pack also offered at $66. Expect medium-bodied flavour with a relaxed profile to match the island theme.
