Warped Cigars Unveils Corto Maduro
Warped Cigars has introduced the Corto Maduro, a new chapter in the company’s beloved Corto line. This bold release marks the 10th anniversary of the original Corto, which debuted in 2015 wrapped exclusively in Corojo.
A Darker Evolution
The Corto Maduro arrives with a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper over 100% Nicaraguan fillers. The blend includes a notable portion of Medio Tiempo, adding strength and depth to the smoking experience.
Warped describes the profile as full-bodied, with flavours of chocolate, black cherry, leather, oak, and black pepper. This marks a shift towards a darker, richer expression of the Corto line while retaining the balance that earned the original its loyal following.
First Vitola Release
The debut size is the X46, a 4.5 x 46 Petit Corona Gorda. It comes box-pressed and packaged in 20-count boxes. Production is handled at NACSA in Estelí, Nicaragua, ensuring consistency and craftsmanship.
Warped has confirmed that additional sizes will join the Maduro line later this year and continue into the first quarter of 2026, expanding the range for smokers seeking variety.
Celebrating a Decade of Corto
Launched in 2015, the original Corto quickly became one of Warped’s most popular blends. Known for its Corojo wrapper and medium-to-full profile, it showcased Kyle Gellis’s approach to refined yet powerful cigars.
The Corto Maduro celebrates that legacy while offering a stronger, darker flavour journey designed for seasoned smokers.
