Crowned Heads and Brigham Unveil Moose Kick Limited Edition 2025 for Canada
Crowned Heads and Brigham Enterprises announce the return of their Canadian exclusive cigar, the Moose Kick Limited Edition 2025, featuring a refreshed design and rich Nicaraguan blend.
The Return of Moose Kick
Crowned Heads and Brigham Enterprises have confirmed the comeback of their exclusive Canadian cigar, the Moose Kick Limited Edition 2025. The project continues to celebrate Canada’s iconic wildlife and the strong partnership between the two companies.
Developed by Crowned Heads & OZ Family Cigar VP of Sales Miguel M. Schoedel and Brigham’s Premium Cigar Category Manager Richard Joseph, this release draws inspiration from a series of Canadian stamps depicting the moose — one of the nation’s most recognisable symbols.
A Bold New Look for 2025
For 2025, the band design receives a vibrant update. The familiar moose motif remains, but this year’s edition replaces the previous green stripe with a striking red accent, enhancing its Canadian flair. A secondary band now marks the year “2025.”
The Moose Kick name itself is a playful nod to the Four Kicks Mule Kick, Crowned Heads’ popular U.S. limited edition series. According to Schoedel and Joseph, the line continues to honour Canada’s loyal Crowned Heads enthusiasts.
The Blend and Construction
This year’s Moose Kick comes in a 4 7/8 x 52 robusto with a pigtail cap. It features a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper, paired with Nicaraguan binder and filler. The blend offers a medium-bodied profile rich in earthy tones, spice, and sweetness.
Production takes place at D’Hatuey Tabacos S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua — the same factory responsible for Crowned Heads’ Juárez and Mil Días lines. A total of 500 bundles of 10 cigars will be produced, amounting to 5,000 cigars in total.
Canadian Exclusive Release
The Moose Kick 2025 edition will reach tobacconists across Canada just in time for the holiday season. While Crowned Heads has not released the MSRP due to varying provincial taxes, collectors can expect limited availability.
Founded in 2011, Crowned Heads operates from Nashville, Tennessee, and is known for storytelling through premium cigars. Their Canadian partner, Brigham Enterprises, based in Toronto since 1906, continues to serve as the official distributor for Crowned Heads in Canada.
