A New Chapter for Knuckle Sandwich Cigars
Espinosa Premium Cigars and Knuckle Sandwich Cigars have teamed up once again, unveiling a brand-new creation for members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA). The Knuckle Sandwich “Off Menu” is a 2025 TAA Exclusive cigar, designed as a reward for loyal TAA retailers and cigar enthusiasts who crave something different.
This release marks a fresh chapter in the Knuckle Sandwich story—a project that blends the culinary flair of celebrity chef Guy Fieri with the masterful craftsmanship of Erik Espinosa.
A Blend Made “Off Menu”
The Off Menu is a 6 x 54 box-pressed Toro handcrafted at the renowned San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua. It features a Nicaraguan filler core wrapped in a dark, oily Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper. The result is a bold yet balanced smoke, rich in complexity and unmistakably Knuckle Sandwich in attitude and delivery.
Erik Espinosa explained, “We’ve built the Knuckle Sandwich line around creativity and respect for craftsmanship. The Off Menu is something special, a new experience for our loyal smokers, and an exclusive reward for the TAA family who continue to support our brand.”

Limited and Exclusive
Only 1,250 boxes of the Knuckle Sandwich Off Menu will be produced. Each box contains 20 cigars and carries an MSRP of $320 per box ($16 per cigar). The cigar will officially debut at the 2025 TAA Annual Meeting, with shipping expected to begin in early November 2025.
