Ferio Tego Releases 2025 Timeless TAA Exclusive Cigar
Ferio Tego has launched the 2025 Timeless TAA Exclusive, unveiled at the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) annual meeting in the Dominican Republic. This Nicaraguan puro continues the brand’s dedication to refined, full-flavoured craftsmanship.
A Signature Release for the TAA Program
The Tobacconists’ Association of America’s Exclusive Series Program is known for limited-edition releases from the cigar world’s top brands. Ferio Tego’s 2025 contribution follows this tradition, combining artistry and precision. The cigar made its debut at the TAA’s annual meeting in La Romana, held from 27–31 October 2025, and shipments to retailers are already underway.
Michael Herklots, co-owner of Ferio Tego, shared his enthusiasm for the project. “Our annual limited release of the Timeless TAA exclusive is a project we look forward to creating each year,” he said. “This blend continues to strike the balance we love—rich and intense, yet still refined and balanced.”
A Nicaraguan Puro with Character
Distinctive Blend
The 2025 Timeless TAA Exclusive is a Nicaraguan puro featuring fillers from Jalapa and a wrapper grown in Estelí. Herklots explained the unusual composition: “This is a bit of a role reversal, as most wrappers come from Jalapa and fillers from Estelí. By blending fillers from Jalapa, we achieve deeper nuanced flavours, and the Estelí wrapper contributes dark and deliberate flavours, delivered gracefully, not aggressively.”
Elegant Presentation
The cigar is a 6” x 50 toro, dressed in Ferio Tego’s signature Timeless Black motif in shades of black and dark grey. It is presented in elegant Okume boxes of ten cigars. Only 900 boxes have been produced, with a suggested retail price of $190 per box before taxes.
