Cigar Page to Open the World’s Largest Cigar Store in 2026

Cigar Page, one of the fastest-growing cigar retailers of the past decade, is entering the world of brick-and-mortar retail in a major way. The company has announced plans to open what it calls “the world’s largest cigar store” in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, by late 2026.

A Monumental Space for Cigar Lovers

The new store will occupy 66,000 square feet at 1010 Harvard Ave., with about half the space dedicated to retail operations. It will feature:

• 24,000 square feet of retail space with soaring 32-foot ceilings
• 4,000 square feet of outdoor patio area
• Indoor seating for more than 200 guests
• A full-service bar featuring 42 beers on tap
• A second-storey mezzanine lounge
• A 20-foot-tall stone fireplace

At the centre of the project will be a 4,400-square-foot retail humidor, boasting a volume of 60,000 cubic feet and housing an estimated 750,000 cigars—a feature that will make the Bethlehem flagship the largest cigar store in the world.

A New Hub for Retail and Headquarters

Construction will begin later this year under development partner JG Petrucci, with completion expected in late 2026. The remainder of the building will serve as Brandshopper, LLC’s corporate headquarters, accommodating more than 100 employees alongside 25 new retail staff.

In addition, 23,000 square feet will be allocated for warehouse and storage space, complementing Brandshopper’s existing 50,000-square-foot facility in nearby East Allen Township.

Keith Meier, founder and CEO of Brandshopper, reflected on his three decades in the cigar industry:

Returning to Familiar Ground

The choice of Bethlehem is fitting. The town already hosts Cigars International, another major player in the industry—located just minutes away. Meier himself founded Cigars International in 1996, running it from his apartment before expanding it into one of the largest cigar retailers in the world.

After selling Cigars International to Swedish Match in 2007 (later merged into Scandinavian Tobacco Group), Meier continued with the company before launching Brandshopper in 2015. Brandshopper now operates several successful e-commerce platforms, including FieldSupply.com and WingSupply.com, alongside CigarPage.com, which has since become one of America’s top five cigar retailers by volume.
