Cigar Dojo and Quesada Reunite for Limited ‘Redux de Luxe’ Release
Eight years after their original collaboration, Cigar Dojo and Quesada Cigars return with Redux de Luxe — a modern revival of the 2017 Dojo de Luxe, blending nostalgia with a bolder character.
The Return of a Cult Favourite
Cigar Dojo and Quesada Cigars have joined forces once again, unveiling the limited-edition Redux de Luxe. The cigar pays homage to their acclaimed 2017 release, Dojo de Luxe, while introducing a heartier blend and updated visual identity.
Rolled at Quesada’s Tabacos de Exportación factory in the Dominican Republic, Redux de Luxe stays true to the refined, Cubanesque essence of its predecessor. Its elegant 5¾ x 52 double perfecto format — a classic shape reminiscent of 19th-century craftsmanship — offers both beauty and balance in construction.
A Reimagined Blend
Eric Guttormson, founder of Cigar Dojo, shared his excitement for the new edition: “From the start, we knew we didn’t just want a reissue — we wanted a reimagining. Redux de Luxe captures the sophistication of the original, but with an amped-up core. It’s more intense, more flavourful, and designed to deliver a deeper experience.”
The cigar features a Corojo Colorado wrapper, Sumatra binder, and Nicaraguan fillers. Smokers can expect a medium-to-full-bodied profile with evolving notes of toasted bread, red pepper, cinnamon, and roasted nuts.
Exclusive Limited Edition
Production of the Redux de Luxe is capped at just 300 boxes of ten cigars. Each box carries a fresh design that honours the original while adding modern flair. The cigars will officially debut on Friday, 21 November 2025 at 12 pm Eastern, available exclusively through Atlantic Cigar.
Retail pricing is set at $120 per box ($12 per cigar). Members of the Dojoverse community will enjoy a 15% discount via a special code for a limited time.
