Trinidad Villa Debuts In Mexico City

November 22, 2025 Usman Dawood 2 min read

Trinidad Villa has made its global debut in Mexico City, introduced as the newest Trinidad cigar at a private launch that brought collectors, guests and trade figures together for a dedicated event.

Format And Presentation

Trinidad Villa is rolled to a factory format known as Julieta Number Three. It measures one hundred and seventy millimetres in length with a ring gauge of forty seven.

The cigars are packed in boxes of twelve. Within the broader range Trinidad Villa becomes one of the formally banded vitolas in regular production. In material from the launch the cigar is described as having a defined structure and a progressive development of aroma, intended for longer smoking sessions.

Pairing Dinner and Commemorative Humidor

To mark the first outing of Trinidad Villa, the organisers held a pairing dinner around several Trinidad vitolas. The menu created by Eduardo Kohlmann Banquetes included courses matched to Trinidad Reyes, Trinidad Vigía, Trinidad La Trova and Trinidad Villa.

Dishes listed in the programme included a blue cheese panna cotta with pear gelée and brioche, a green bean velouté with vanilla and pistachios, a seventy two hour short rib with coffee and dark chocolate sauce, and a chocolate based dessert, each served alongside specific cigars.

A silent auction ran alongside the dinner. The highlight was a special Trinidad humidor created for the launch, which sold for two hundred and eighty one thousand Mexican pesos. Inside were twenty four Trinidad Villa cigars in a La Casa del Habano and Habanos Specialist edition, together with a vintage box of twenty four Trinidad Fundadores from nineteen ninety eight in their original presentation.

Through this event Trinidad Villa was introduced as the latest addition to the Trinidad range, with its own format, box count and a commemorative humidor pairing the new cigars with historic Trinidad Fundadores.
