December 8, 2025 Usman Dawood 2 min read

Punch Princesas Edición Limitada 2025 premiered on 6 December 2025 in Limassol, Cyprus, marking the 185th anniversary of Punch. Habanos, S.A. issued the launch announcement on 8 December 2025.

Habanos, S.A. presented Punch Princesas as a 2025 Limited Edition and said the vitola revives a format associated with the 1960s. The company linked the name Princesas to a tribute to the women involved across the Habanos world, including in tobacco growing, production, retail, and among aficionados.

The world premiere took place in Limassol and was organised by Phoenicia T.A.A. Cyprus, the official distributor for Cyprus. Habanos, S.A. reported attendance of more than 550 guests and described the event as the start of a wider rollout into additional markets in the coming months. The programme began with a cocktail reception, followed by a formal presentation hosted by Grace Rayyes, then an official presentation and tasting of the release. Habanos, S.A. also described a six course dinner paired with Punch Princesas and other Punch vitolas.

Habanos, S.A. lists the factory name as Edmundo and the trade name as Princesas, measuring 52 ring gauge by 135 mm, with medium strength. The company states the cigar is Totally Handmade with Long Filler, made with wrapper, binder, and filler leaves selected from the Vuelta Abajo area of Pinar del Río, Cuba, and that the tobacco is aged for a minimum of two years. The Limited Edition is presented in 20 count boxes designed to mark the anniversary.

In Cyprus, the recommended retail price is listed as €999 per box of 20, or €49.95 per cigar, with the note that prices may vary by market. Phoenicia T.A.A. (Cyprus) Ltd is listed as the exclusive distributor for Cyprus, and Habanos, S.A. also lists additional territories covered by Phoenicia across parts of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
