Viaje Announces One of One Limited Edition Line
Viaje is preparing to ship a new limited release to retailers next week. The One of One line focuses on exclusivity, small production, and traditional craftsmanship.
A Concept Built on Individual Craftsmanship
Viaje has announced the One of One line, a new limited-edition release scheduled to arrive in stores on Friday, 19 December. The company is releasing three vitolas under a single concept. Despite multiple sizes, Viaje frames every cigar as a singular creation.
As expected from Viaje, the company has not disclosed blend details. It has also declined to name the factory responsible for production. This approach follows a long-standing Viaje tradition. The brand prefers mystique over technical disclosure.
Viaje describes the line as a tribute to old-world cigar making. The company emphasises hand-rolled production and generational knowledge. Each cigar reflects the skill of the individual roller rather than a fixed blend identity.
The Viaje One of One Vitolas
The One of One line includes three distinct formats. Each size ships in boxes of 30 cigars.
Viaje One of One Tailwind
The Tailwind measures 6 3/4 x 52 x 56. This vitola offers the longest smoking time in the line. Its tapered proportions suggest a slower burn and evolving profile.
Viaje One of One Bulwark
The Bulwark comes in at 6 x 56. This format favours a broader ring gauge. It should appeal to smokers who prefer fuller mouthfeel and weight.
Viaje One of One Outer Edge
The Outer Edge measures 5 1/4 x 54. This shorter format targets smokers seeking intensity without extended time commitment. It remains substantial despite its length.
Pricing and Retail Strategy
Viaje has not set a suggested retail price for the One of One line. Instead, each retailer determines its own pricing. This model gives shops greater control but also creates variation across markets.
One retailer currently taking orders lists the Tailwind and Bulwark at $27 per cigar. The Outer Edge carries a price of $26.40. Pricing may differ elsewhere once wider distribution begins.
Production Numbers and Availability
Viaje is keeping production extremely tight. The company has confirmed that fewer than 200 boxes of each vitola exist. That figure reinforces the limited nature of the release.
Viaje has also stated that this will be a one-time project. The company does not plan future runs or follow-up releases. Each cigar remains a singular expression tied to this moment.
Retailers will receive the cigars on Friday, 19 December. Availability will likely disappear quickly given the small production.
