Caldwell Yellow Cake Returns for 2026 with New Sizes
Caldwell Yellow Cake is back for 2026 with updated dimensions in both its Corona and Robusto formats. Fans of the line will see slightly larger sizes this year compared with last year’s release. Details on the blend remain undisclosed.
What’s New for 2026
Caldwell’s Yellow Cake, revived by Laudisi Enterprises, returns after last year’s limited run. The 2026 edition brings revised measurements for both vitolas.
Updated Corona and Robusto Sizes
The Yellow Cake Corona grows to 4 1/2 x 48. Last year’s version measured 4 x 46. The Robusto also expands, now a 5 x 52. These changes aim to refresh the familiar profile.
Both cigars are available with habano or maduro wrappers. The company has not published blend details or confirmed the factory of origin.
Pricing Structure
Retail pricing breaks down as follows:
Yellow Cake 2026 Habano Corona – $6.20 each (five-pack $31)
Yellow Cake 2026 Maduro Corona – $6.20 each (five-pack $31)
Yellow Cake 2026 Habano Robusto – $7 each (five-pack $35)
Yellow Cake 2026 Maduro Robusto – $7 each (five-pack $35)
Retailers receive cigars in trays containing ten packs of five. Laudisi is not disclosing total production numbers for the release.
Lineage of Yellow Cake
Event-Only Origins
Yellow Cake first debuted in 2014 as an event-only cigar from Caldwell Cigar Co. At that time, it measured 4 x 44 and appeared only at select events. The single vitola sported a Dominican corojo wrapper and used leftover tobaccos from other Caldwell blends.
Revival and Evolution
Interest in Yellow Cake pushed Caldwell to expand distribution. After Laudisi Enterprises acquired Caldwell two years ago, the line began regular shipments to retailers. The addition of the maduro option and tweaks to sizes reflect growing demand.
Laudisi began shipping the Yellow Cake 2026 series on 13 January.
