JFR Lunatic Maduro Hombre Libre Begins Soft Launch
AGANORSA Leaf has started a limited rollout of a new JFR release. A select group of retailers has received the JFR Lunatic Maduro Hombre Libre ahead of its formal debut in April.
Early Distribution Ahead of Full Release
AGANORSA Leaf shipped a small allocation to chosen accounts. The company is positioning the release as a soft launch.
This approach allows retailers early access before wider availability. It also builds anticipation ahead of the official unveiling later this spring.
Blend and Size Details
The JFR Lunatic Maduro Hombre Libre comes in a single vitola for now. The cigar measures 6 x 54 in a toro format.
The blend features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper. A Nicaraguan binder supports Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The wrapper choice signals a richer and darker profile than earlier Lunatic releases.
This marks the tenth vitola released under the Lunatic Maduro Hombre Libre blend. It is only the second size produced below a 60-ring gauge. That makes it one of the slimmer options in the line.
Packaging and Pricing
Each cigar carries an MSRP of $9.25. AGANORSA Leaf packages the cigars in boxes of 28.
The price point keeps the Lunatic line accessible. It also aligns with the brand’s value-driven positioning.
National Rollout Plans
AGANORSA Leaf plans a broader release later this year. The company will offer the cigar to retailers nationwide during the PCA Convention & Trade Show.
The 2026 event runs from April 18 to April 20. It will take place in New Orleans. PCA often serves as the launchpad for new lines and extensions.
Retailers attending the show will have the opportunity to place orders. That timing positions the Hombre Libre for a wider summer presence.
Position Within the JFR Portfolio
The JFR Lunatic series is known for bold presentation and oversized formats. This 6 x 54 toro offers a more traditional ring gauge.
The choice broadens the line’s appeal. It targets smokers who prefer manageable sizes without abandoning strength or flavour.
