Crux Marblehead Begins Shipping to Retailers Worldwide
Crux Cigars has begun shipping Marblehead, its most affordable regular-production line, to retailers. The release targets smokers seeking value without compromising on blend integrity or construction.
A Value-Focused Addition to the Crux Portfolio
Crux Marblehead marks a strategic move for the brand. It sits firmly in the value-driven premium segment. The line aims to attract both long-time Crux fans and price-conscious smokers.
The blend uses an Ecuadorian Colorado habano wrapper. Inside, it combines Nicaraguan and Indonesian tobaccos. This pairing promises balance, body, and consistency.
Crux produces Marblehead at Tabacalera Pages de Nicaragua S.A. This release marks the first collaboration between Crux Cigars and the Nicaraguan factory. The choice signals a new production relationship for the brand.
Blend and Production Details
The Ecuadorian wrapper delivers warmth and classic habano character. Nicaraguan tobacco adds structure and strength. Indonesian leaf contributes sweetness and aromatic depth.
Crux positions Marblehead as a dependable, everyday cigar. The blend focuses on approachability rather than intensity. Construction consistency remains a priority.
Jeff Haugen, founder of Crux Cigars, described Marblehead as a cigar designed to feel classic. He stressed accessibility without losing the essence of a Crux cigar.
Packaging and Retail Presentation
Crux ships Marblehead in clear PVC bundles. Each bundle contains 20 cigars. Inside, retailers will find four individual five-count packs.
Crux also provides a refillable 60-count display tray. The tray accommodates both 20-count bundles and five-packs simultaneously. This format supports flexible retail presentation and efficient shelf use.
Available Vitolas and Pricing
Crux Marblehead launches in two sizes:
Crux Marblehead Toro (6 x 50) — $7.99
Bundle of 20: $159.80Crux Marblehead Gordo (6 x 60) — $8.99

Both vitolas target smokers who prefer traditional dimensions at accessible price points.
The Story Behind the Marblehead Name
The Marblehead name references Crux’s signature cap style. The cap debuted in 2014 and remains a brand identifier.
This cap blends elements of a belicoso cap with a traditional straight cap. The shape resembles the Cuban-origin 109-style cap. Several non-Cuban brands have adopted similar designs over the years, including Illusione, Tatuaje, and Warped Cigars.
