Palacios Moliner brings operational, commercial, and financial experience across premium cigars and duty free travel retail, with a career shaped by distribution, retail performance, and international channel strategy.

He joins from Freixenet S.A Global Travel Retail, where he led global sales strategies spanning airports, duty free stores, cruise lines, and diplomatic channels, with a focus on portfolio development, distributor relationships, and long term growth.

Before that, he was Managing Director of Maori Tabacs, the exclusive Habanos distributor in Andorra, holding full P&L responsibility across distribution and retail. During that period he strengthened the premium cigar category, digitised operations, and led retail transformation aimed at improving profitability and sustainability.

Earlier roles at Imperial Brands and Tabacalera covered luxury cigar operations across Europe and APAC, with regional P&L ownership, commercial strategy, and cross functional leadership.
