Les Fines Lames Updates Its Concrete Ashtrays With a New Surface Finish

Les Fines Lames has announced a new version of its Concrete Dyad cigar ashtray, released as a Limited Edition of 150 pieces. The company says the updated models keep the same overall design and heavy, durable construction, while changing the feel and appearance of the surface.

The new Concrete Dyad ashtrays are described as having a smoother, shinier, naturally finished surface than the earlier concrete models. Les Fines Lames also states that the concrete is not painted after production and that the colour is built into the material from the start.

The updated release arrives in three colours: Coyote, OD Green, and Midnight. The company positions OD Green as a returning favourite, while describing Coyote as a sand tone and Midnight as a deep charcoal tone. Pricing is listed at $120 or 120€, with shipping now and availability from February 23.

The Concrete Dyad is a two cigar ashtray, with two opposing rests. Les Fines Lames describes the concrete line through a Wabi Sabi lens, meaning each piece is presented as slightly different, with the product intended for daily use indoors or outdoors.
