A Lost Angel For The TAA – Crowned Heads

July 18, 2022 Inspector L 1 min read

Crowned Heads releases another cigar for the approximately 80 tobacconists that are part of the TAA (The Tobacconists Association of America). And just like last year, it comes with the name The Lost Angel. The 2022 edition is a 5¾x52 Robusto with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The binder is Mexican San Andres with fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The cigars are made at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua. Only 1000 boxes of 20 cigars are made.

“For the second consecutive year, we’ve taken our TAA Exclusive to our Tabacalera Pichardo family for production,” saysJon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, in a press release. “The 2021 Lost Angel was arguably one of our most highly-regard TAA releases to date, and I strongly believe that the 2022 version will continue on that path. We’ve selected an all-new blend for the series and I think it checks all the boxes for intensity, structure, flavor, complexity, and balance.”
