ADVentura Extends Adventura The Navigator Line
ADVentura extends Adventura The Navigator line. The new vitola on the horizon is a 6×44 Corona. With the fitting name Francis D., The cigar gets its name from Sir Francis Drake, a British explorer, and sea captain. Sir Francis Drake is best known for his circumnavigation of the world in a single expedition
The new size
Henderson Ventura and Marcel Knobel took a page from Sir Francis Drake’s will and perseverance to create a new size. The goal was to extend the Navigator portfolio while maintaining the Navigator blend and flavor profile.
Since the wrapper has a major influence on the aroma profile, the 6×44 Francis D. Corona is even more complex than the other sizes. In America, the sizes are Pinzon Robusto, the Cabral Toro. In Europe, ADVentura offers The Navigator as a 4¾x54 Magellan, 5¼x52 Vespucci, 6×60 Columbus, and a 6¼x50 Torpedo with the name Cadamosto.
The wrapper is San Andres Maduro. The binder comes from Indonesia, from Sumatra to be precise. And the fillers come from Nicaragua, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. The cigars come in boxes of 20 cigars. Retailers can expect the ADVentura The Navigator Francis D in April.
Virtual release events
ADVentura will host a few virtual pre-release private tastings. These are exclusive for the top 5 ADVentura accounts. Each of these accounts can invite 15 of their top customers. Henderson Ventura and Marcel Knobel will be joining these virtual tastings.
