AJ Fernandez Unveils New World Dorado Corona Gorda and Introduces Gold Standard Sampler
A.J. Fernandez is adding a 5 5/8×46 Corona Gorda to the New World Dorado series, the latest of the New World lines. The cigars are produced in the smaller of the two AJF factories, San Lotano in Ocotal, Nicaragua with an all Nicaraguan blend of which most tobacco comes from the Dorado farm owned by Abdel Fernandez. It is the fifth vitola in the line.
The company also created a sampler with each of the five vitolas and calls it the gold standard sampler.
In addition to the new New World Dorado, AJF is also offering a 4×36 handmade mini in the original New World blend. The original blend consists of all Nicaraguan tobacco including an Oscuro wrapper. The cigars will come in soft boxes of five cigars.
