Aristocrat stops building humidors

If you ask cigar smokers or tobacco retailers the best quality humidor brand, the chances are high that the name Aristocrat is mentioned. The Texan brand was famed for their custom-made humidors and had customers worldwide. The humidors were praised for the quality of the craftsmanship, their ability to hold humidity and the finish. And because they were made to order, you could have the humidors built exactly to your liking.

After 25 years of building humidors, the company decided to focus on their line of humidification systems, called ‘set & forget’ and stop the production of the humidors. The set & forget systems are an electronic humidification system with a certified accuracy, with a variance of less than 1% across the entire range. It comes with a low water and temperature monitor. The first generation was built in 1998, the current generation sold is the 5th generation with new software and hardware.
