Arturo Fuente and Padron Cigars Collaboration will be on Display at the PCA Convention & Trade Show
The biggest cigar news of 2020 was the collaboration between Arturo Fuente and Padron cigars and the project will be on display at the PCA Convention & Trade Show. The Legends series is a box of 40 cigars, 20 of which are made by Padron to honour Carlos Fuente Sr and 20 of which are made by Fuente to honour Jose Orlando Padron. The box is detailed with symbols and photos commemorating the long history between both families and the cigar industry.
A percentage of the proceeds from the sales of this collaboration will be donated to the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation and the Padrón Family Foundation.
Each man has blended their commemorative cigar independently of the other. “I’m putting my father in his hands, and he’s putting his father in my hands,” Jorge Padrón has said.
“I would not consider doing this with anybody else,” said Fuente. “The love for our fathers is so great. There’s nothing that motivates us more.”
