Arturo Fuente Unveils Rare Pink Vintage 1960’s Black Pink, Launching Late 2025

Arturo Fuente Expands the Rare Pink Legacy

Arturo Fuente has announced the upcoming release of the Rare Pink Vintage 1960’s Black Pink, set to arrive in late 2025. This new expression offers a darker, richer variation of the popular Rare Pink line, itself a creative offshoot of Fuente’s celebrated Hemingway Series.

Retailers who are members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) will receive the first shipments, marking another exclusive launch year for Fuente’s extensive 2025 lineup.

A Darker Twist on a Modern Classic

The Black Pink blend uses a Habano-seed wrapper grown in Connecticut, enveloping a selection of Dominican fillers. The result is a nuanced evolution of the Rare Pink profile—retaining its signature complexity while deepening the flavour with darker, earthier tones.

The line will debut in four vitolas, sharing pricing with their Rare Pink counterparts:

  • Signature (6 x 46) — $13.53 per cigar / $338.25 per box of 25
  • Work of Art (4 7/8 x 46/60) — $14.08 per cigar / $352 per box of 25
  • Happy Ending (5 ½ x 53) — $16.12 per cigar / $161.15 per box of 10
  • Black Panther — $22.72 per cigar / $454.30 per box of 25

Though the Black Panther vitola is priced like the Rare Pink Sophisticated Hooker, the two formats differ in size and construction.

Limited TAA Availability and Global Expansion

The first shipments of Black Pink are expected to arrive in December 2025, with availability initially limited to TAA retailers for approximately six months. While this launch coincides with the annual TAA Meeting at Casa de Campo in La Romana, Dominican Republic, Black Pink is not part of the TAA Exclusive Series Program (ESP).

Following the TAA exclusivity period, the Rare Pink Vintage 1960’s Black Pink line will become available to non-TAA retailers worldwide in 2026.

Continuing Fuente’s Tradition of Excellence

The Rare Pink collection has become a symbol of innovation and philanthropy within the Fuente portfolio, with portions of sales supporting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the “Fight for a Cure” initiative. The introduction of Black Pink expands this legacy, offering aficionados a darker, bolder interpretation of one of Fuente’s most modern and meaningful creations.
