Asylum Celebrates 13th Anniversary with Exclusive Time Capsule Cigar Collection
Asylum Cigars is marking its 13th anniversary with a unique offering for aficionados—a specially curated collection known as the Asylum Time Capsule. This release continues the tradition the brand has upheld since its seventh anniversary in 2019, presenting a new anniversary blend each year along with a collection of aged cigars from previous releases.
To celebrate this milestone, CLE Cigar Co., the maker and distributor of Asylum cigars, has carefully set aside cigars from each anniversary release for the Asylum Time Capsule project. The collection is offered in two versions: one in the 11/18 vitola and the other in 7 x 70. Both versions feature a selection of 13 cigars, with each box containing two cigars each from the past six Asylum Anniversary blends, as well as one of the highly anticipated Asylum 13 Anniversary cigars.
The Asylum 13 Anniversary cigar, a standout in this collection, uses the same Nicaraguan Habano wrapper as the regular Asylum 13. However, it is paired with a Honduran binder and a filler blend of Colombian Pinareño and Honduran tobaccos, creating a distinct flavour profile that differs from its regular production counterpart.

Pricing and Availability
The Asylum Time Capsule 11/18 is priced at $473.20 per box ($36.40 per cigar), while the 70 x 7 version is available for $573.20 per box ($44.09 per cigar). Notably, there will be only 500 boxes for the 11/18 vitola, and just 250 boxes for the 70 x 7.
Both versions will be showcased at the 2025 PCA Convention & Trade Show in New Orleans, and shipping is expected to begin on July 1, 2025.
