Black Works Studio Rorschach Sumatra: A New Addition to Oveja Negra Brands’ Lineup

Oveja Negra Brands, the umbrella company that includes Black Label Trading Company, Black Works Studio and the Oveja Negra cigar factory in Estelí, is releasing the Black Works Studio Rorschach Sumatra, a new extension to the Rorschach line.

The new line features a Sumatra wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. There will only be one vitola, a 4½x48 Short Robusto which will come in boxes of 50.

“The original Rorschach is definitely a big cigar in a small package. The new Sumatran version is a lighter profile highlighting Jalapa tobacco. Layers of soft cedar, cinnamon and mild pepper create a complex profile with a long creamy finish,” says James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Company/Black Works Studio and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra.
