BLTC Launches Eletto: Bold New Cigar Celebrates Oveja Negra’s 10th Anniversary
Black Label Trading Company unveils Eletto, a bold new cigar created to mark a decade of Fábrica Oveja Negra. This limited release showcases intense Nicaraguan flavour and refined complexity.
Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) has just announced the arrival of Eletto, a striking new release shipping to select retailers this week. Handcrafted at Fábrica Oveja Negra in Estelí, Nicaragua, Eletto honours the factory’s 10-year anniversary with a cigar worthy of its name—Eletto, or Chosen One.
According to James Brown, creator of BLTC and partner at Fábrica Oveja Negra, “Eletto is bold with an intense retrohale and layers of complexity. It’s a tribute to both the factory and the big, bold Nicaraguan tobacco that defines our blends.” Expect tasting notes of dark fruit, spice, and star anise—elements that evolve throughout the smoke and underscore its status as a future classic.
The blend is a rich composition. It features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, an Ecuadorian Habano binder, and a Nicaraguan filler. The cigar is available in three sizes, all offered in 20-count boxes:
Short Robusto (4.5 x 52) – MSRP $12.90
Corona Gorda (5.25 x 46) – MSRP $12.40
Toro (6 x 50) – MSRP $13.90
BLTC continues to push boundaries with its small-batch, artisan approach. Their “less is more” philosophy ensures every cigar delivers high quality and unique character. Eletto embodies that mindset perfectly—powerful, precise, and expertly crafted.
If you’re a fan of strong Nicaraguan profiles and limited-edition cigars, this one’s for you. The Eletto will be landing in select humidors any day now.
