CAO Fuma Em Corda Returns in New Toro Size for Outpost Sampler Vol. 2
CAO has introduced a new Toro-sized Fuma Em Corda as part of the brand’s Outpost Sampler Vol. 2, offering cigar enthusiasts a fresh take on the celebrated Amazon Basin spin-off.
A Fresh Twist on the Fuma Em Corda
The CAO Fuma Em Corda, one of the boldest blends within CAO’s renowned Amazon Basin Series, now appears in a 6 x 52 Toro format. This exclusive vitola joins the new CAO Outpost Sampler Vol. 2, featuring five cigars that showcase CAO’s global tobacco diversity.
First released in 2017, the Fuma Em Corda draws inspiration from the traditional Brazilian tobacco fermentation process known as “smoke on a rope.” The cigar uses a Honduran corojo wrapper, a Cameroon binder, and fillers from Brazil, Honduras, and Nicaragua. The name reflects the use of Brazilian Arapiraca tobacco, fermented in a tightly wound rope for an intense, earthy character.
