Celebrating Legacy and Craftsmanship: The LaVega Cigar Company’s Journey from Vegas to Pennsylvania
Aaron Paoletta, a multifaceted individual with a background in culinary arts and music, embarked on a unique journey when he transitioned from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. In this new setting, he unveiled an innovative venture known as La Vega, a mobile cigar lounge, paying homage to his time spent in the bustling city of Las Vegas. His path led him to a fateful encounter with Alec Cuevas from Tabacalera Las Lavas and Casa Cuevas cigars, sparking the inception of the LaVega Cigar Company.
May of a certain year witnessed the grand introduction of three cigar blends under the LaVega Cigar Company banner: Il Primo, Il Secondo, and Il Terzo, all meticulously crafted in a 6×50 vitola. As an emotional tribute to Paoletta’s late father, a significant milestone awaits in January 2024 when 5×52 Robusto vitolas of all three blends will be released, coinciding with the date of his father’s passing.
Il Primo is adorned with a Mexican San Andres wrapper and features Dominican binders, along with a rich blend of fillers sourced from Colombia, Nicaragua, and Pennsylvania. In contrast, Il Secondo showcases an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper complemented by a Dominican Olor binder, while its fillers hail from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Pennsylvania. Last but not least, Il Terzo boasts a Mexican San Andres wrapper, Dominican Olor binders, and a blend of fillers derived from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania.
This unique fusion of Paoletta’s diverse background and the craftsmanship of LaVega Cigar Company promises to deliver a distinctive and heartfelt cigar experience for enthusiasts to savor.
