Cohiba Releases Ultra-Premium Spectre 2025 with Rare Tobaccos and Luxury Packaging
Cohiba raises the bar once again with the 2025 edition of Spectre, blending rare tobaccos with meticulous construction and breathtaking packaging in this ultra-limited, high-end release.
Cohiba has officially unveiled the latest iteration of its acclaimed Spectre line, a series known for combining the finest tobaccos with unmatched craftsmanship and opulent presentation. The 2025 edition continues that legacy with an exclusive blend and one of the most elaborate cigar boxes on the market.
At the heart of this release is a 7-year-aged Havana Connecticut 2017 wrapper—smooth, rich, and refined—paired with a Mexican San Andrés binder. The real innovation, however, lies in the filler, which includes the first-ever Criollo ’98 grown in Mao, Dominican Republic. Additional filler tobaccos come from San Andrés and Cuba’s famed Vuelta Abajo region, culminating in a unique profile unmatched in Cohiba’s already distinguished portfolio.
“Spectre has always been about pushing the limits of what’s possible,” said Sean Williams, Cohiba Brand Ambassador. “This year, we’ve taken it even further. The blend is unlike anything we’ve done before, and the box is truly next level. This year’s Spectre is for those who appreciate the smoking experience as much as the cigar.”

Since its debut in 2018, the Spectre series has stood as a pinnacle of Cohiba’s innovation and excellence. The 2025 release may well be the boldest expression yet—created for collectors, connoisseurs, and anyone who believes a cigar should be more than just a smoke: it should be an experience.
